Slovenian Tadej Pogacar won the Tour de France in 2020, 2021, and 2024, claiming three overall titles. In 2024, he achieved the Giro d'Italia-Tour de France double -- the first rider to do so since Marco Pantani in 1998, a gap of 26 years. Pogacar is also the youngest rider ever to win the Tour twice (age 22). Lance Armstrong's seven titles were stripped for doping and are excluded from the official record.
